Warehouse Associate in Riverview, Florida at ALLY BUILDING SOLUTIONS

Ally Building Solutions provides flooring products and quality installation, a full line of window treatments, a wide range of cabinetry options, and design studio solutions to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, and Fort Myers.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate & Material Handler to join our Tampa team in our Riverview warehouse. The Material Handler will pick and stage orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Hours- 5:30am to 3:30pm

Warehouse Associate & Material Handler Job Responsibilities:

Accurately pull jobs daily capturing all needed stock and ordered materials.Assist with cycle counting of inventory and restock supplies.Receive materials ensuring all deliveries are accurate, then document in system.Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries according to policy.Record, report, and return defective items.Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.Notify Team Lead of any shipping or receiving issues.Perform other related duties as assigned.Warehouse Associate & Material Handler Job Requirements:

Receiving experience highly preferred. Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and proceduresExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent time management skillsBasic computer and data entry skillsAbility to work independently and as part of the team.Previous warehouse and forklift experienceThe ability to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.The ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds consistently and up to eighty pounds occasionally.
