The Role

The Member Relationship Manager (MRM) is the compliance heartbeat of a PWC member services pod. You own the certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting for your assigned member portfolio — ensuring every submission is accurate, every deadline is met, and every member feels genuinely supported. If you're a detail-focused compliance professional who also knows how to build a strong working relationship, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

    Manage a portfolio of assigned member accounts and serve as their primary compliance resource throughout the engagementReview and process certified payroll reports for accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirementsMonitor project deadlines and ensure all compliance documents are submitted on time, every timeCommunicate proactively with members on outstanding items, upcoming deadlines, and compliance risksIdentify and escalate compliance risks to your Team Manager before they become member-visible problemsKeep Click Up Due Date Tracker and Project Tracker fully current throughout the dayCollaborate with Auditors and MSCs to ensure the pod delivers a seamless member experience
What We're Looking For

    2+ years of experience in prevailing wage compliance, certified payroll, or a closely related fieldWorking knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act, federal and state prevailing wage lawsStrong attention to detail — you review your work twice before sendingExcellent communication skills — professional, clear, and proactive with members and team membersProficient in LCPTracker, Click Up, or similar project and compliance systems (training provided)Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000 – $85,000 per year
