Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Warner Robins, Georgia at CLEAN CONTROL CORP

Clean Control Corporation is seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and long-term growth of our manufacturing organization.

The CFO will partner directly with the President/CEO and executive leadership team to drive profitability, improve operational performance, manage financial strategy, support acquisitions, and oversee all accounting and finance functions. This position is a full time, on site, CFO position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management activities.
• Drive manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Oversee banking relationships, audits, tax compliance, insurance programs, and internal controls.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, and business integrations.
• Provide leadership for ERP and business system initiatives, including Dynamics 365 and business intelligence reporting.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance leadership experience.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management expertise.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing and operations teams to improve business performance.
• Advanced financial analysis and business planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, and/or MBA.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience.
• Experience with acquisitions and business integration.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, or similar ERP systems.
