We’re looking for a talented AI & IT Systems Specialist to join our team and help us make the most of modern technology and AI.

• Manage and troubleshoot IT systems, software, hardware, networks, and user accounts.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
• Implement and support AI tools and solutions for business operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
• Support Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and technology integrations.
• Assist with cybersecurity, system security, backups, and data protection.
• Research new AI and technology solutions and recommend tools that can benefit the business.
• Train employees on technology and responsible use of AI.
• Support technology upgrades, implementations, and special projects.

• Experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong interest and practical experience with AI and generative AI tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and IT best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable learning new technologies.

Experience with Azure/AWS, PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs, automation platforms, or AI integrations is a plus.

Experience in IT systems administration or technical support

Good understanding of AI tools, automation, and integrations

Knowledge of cloud systems, security and scripting

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, and systems engineering or related filed

Experience in IT administration, systems support or infrastructure management

knowledge of: cloud platforms, cyber security basics and systems integrations
