Senior Product Owner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Owner based in France.

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling product organization operating in a highly competitive iGaming environment. You will be responsible for shaping and driving the long-term vision of digital products with a strong focus on business impact and user experience. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on delivery, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and analytics. You will actively influence product direction through market insights, user behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking. The environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-scale services. This is a key leadership role where your decisions will directly impact product growth, quality, and innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and evolve the long-term product vision aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Own, prioritize, and continuously refine product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication across all stages of delivery.
  • Gather, structure, and maintain product requirements, ensuring clarity and up-to-date documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and ensure transparency on progress and priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and product development practices.
  • Ensure product quality, UX consistency, and alignment with user expectations and internal standards.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the gambling or betting industry.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
  • Solid understanding of product discovery, delivery frameworks, and prioritization techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data, including market trends, user behavior, and competitor insights.
  • Basic technical understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS, PHP, GO, XML) to ensure effective communication with development teams.
  • Strong UX/UI understanding with the ability to contribute to product experience improvements.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Figma and customer development practices is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
