This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Architect based in India.
This is a senior enterprise architecture role focused on designing and scaling global ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions that power end-to-end employee lifecycle experiences. You will lead the architectural vision for complex HR workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, and globally compliant implementations across large organizations. The role involves designing advanced lifecycle automation, employee self-service portals, and integrated HR ecosystems connected with major enterprise HR platforms. You will play a critical role in governance, reducing technical debt, and ensuring architectural consistency across global deployments. The environment is highly distributed, remote-first, and collaboration-driven, requiring strong leadership in asynchronous and cross-functional settings. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who can combine deep platform expertise with strategic enterprise thinking.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of global ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with enterprise standards and CSDM frameworks.
- Design and implement advanced Lifecycle Events (LE) and employee experience portals to support seamless worker journey automation.
- Architect secure and scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards including HR data protection, ACLs, and global privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Guide technical teams on HRSD best practices, platform capabilities, and architectural patterns to ensure scalable delivery.
- Oversee solution design reviews, reduce technical debt, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business HR transformation needs into robust technical solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, including at least 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD core, Advanced Lifecycle Events, and Integration Hub.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, global HRSD transformations across enterprise environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of HRIS integrations with platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of data security, access controls (ACLs), and compliance frameworks such as GDPR.
- ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification is required; CAD, CTA, or CMA certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong remote and asynchronous working capability.
- Strong architectural thinking with ability to balance governance, scalability, and delivery speed.
