This is a dynamic, creative role at the intersection of video production, digital marketing, and AI-driven content innovation. You will be responsible for producing high-impact video content that supports brand growth, audience engagement, lead generation, and employer branding initiatives across multiple digital platforms. The role goes beyond traditional editing, combining storytelling, performance marketing, and emerging AI tools to scale content creation efficiently. You will work across short-form and long-form formats, adapting content for social media, paid campaigns, and thought leadership channels. Operating in a fast-paced remote environment, you will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to bring ideas to life and optimize content performance. - Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and audience behavior.
- Develop video advertisements for paid media channels including Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn, optimizing for engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Repurpose existing materials such as podcasts, webinars, interviews, and long-form content into multiple high-performing video formats.
- Enhance video content with captions, motion graphics, transitions, animations, sound design, and visual effects to maximize audience retention and engagement.
- Build and manage structured monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, brand objectives, and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to create content supporting recruiting, thought leadership, educational initiatives, and brand storytelling.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate production workflows, including generating videos, avatars, voiceovers, animations, and visual assets.
- Analyze video performance metrics such as engagement rate, watch time, retention, and CTR, and apply insights to continuously improve content strategy.
- Experiment with new formats, hooks, storytelling approaches, and creative styles to optimize reach and audience growth.
- Ensure consistent content distribution across all organic and paid channels while maintaining brand coherence and messaging quality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or multimedia production, ideally within digital marketing or social media environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video content for social media platforms, advertising campaigns, or YouTube channels.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Sora, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform-specific optimization strategies.
- Ability to combine creative storytelling with performance-driven marketing objectives.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration in international environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting content performance data and optimizing based on insights.
