What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the friendly, supportive voice members rely on throughout their journey with us. You'll:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Help members navigate paperwork, account updates, and program requirements
• Accurately document interactions and update accounts (payment status, missing documents, eligibility)
• Answer questions and resolve issues with patience and clarity
• Follow compliance and quality standards to ensure a great member experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer savvy — able to multitask across systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
