This role sits at the intersection of sales, digital marketing, and partner growth, focused on expanding and optimizing an affiliate ecosystem that drives customer acquisition at scale. You will identify, engage, and onboard high-potential affiliates who can effectively promote a leading SaaS platform. The position blends strategic outreach with hands-on relationship management, requiring both analytical thinking and strong communication skills. You will design tailored growth strategies for affiliate partners while helping them maximize performance through structured offers and landing pages. Working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams, you will directly influence pipeline growth and revenue impact. This is a remote, fast-paced role where creativity, autonomy, and performance ownership are essential.
- Drive affiliate program growth by tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment and activation outcomes.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify, engage, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to refine affiliate acquisition strategies and ensure alignment with broader growth goals.
- Build and manage personalized growth plans for affiliates, including quarterly targets, performance optimization strategies, and ongoing support.
- Create, organize, and optimize affiliate landing pages, offers, and promotional assets to maximize conversion and engagement.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective affiliates through structured prospecting and relationship-building activities.
- Support additional initiatives related to affiliate program expansion and operational improvements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SaaS, digital marketing, agency sales, business development, or account management.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or partnership-focused role within a digital or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including social media advertising, SEO, funnel building, and online lead generation.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, including public speaking, presentations, and professional written communication.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and influence partner performance.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and support SaaS platforms and tools.
- Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, and major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple affiliate relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $68,000
