This role is central to shaping and scaling the operational backbone of a fast-growing fulfillment network, driving high-impact initiatives across facility buildouts, relocations, and automation deployments. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs that directly influence warehouse performance, customer experience, and supply chain efficiency. Acting as the primary orchestrator across Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors, you will ensure that large-scale capital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on execution in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in enabling automation and next-generation fulfillment capabilities while continuously improving operational performance. This is a high-visibility position where your work directly shapes infrastructure decisions and long-term network scalability.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program management for fulfillment center buildouts, relocations, and greenfield launches from planning through go-live execution.
  • Own coordination and delivery of automation deployments, including goods-to-person systems, conveyor/sortation, and WMS integrations with internal and external partners.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics while ensuring accountability across all workstreams.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Real Estate teams to align objectives and ensure seamless execution of complex initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships across construction, automation, and equipment providers, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments and performance expectations.
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational models supporting facility design decisions, including labor planning, capacity, and volume forecasting.
  • Identify risks proactively, escalate issues with clear mitigation options, and conduct post-launch performance reviews to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain, fulfillment operations, warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments.
  • Experience managing large-scale capital projects ($5M+) including vendor contracts, procurement, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with fulfillment center operations, warehouse systems, or automation projects is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional wellness-focused leave policies.
  • Employee assistance programs supporting mental, financial, and legal well-being.
  • Remote-friendly work structure with occasional travel for key projects and collaboration.
  • Professional development budget and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Additional perks including equipment support, discounts, and recognition programs.
