The Role
As a Slots Attendant, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining slot machines and ensuring the gaming floor runs smoothly and safely. You’ll be a key part of the guest experience, responding to their needs and upholding regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide change to customers and process jackpot payouts
- Perform light maintenance on slot machines (e.g., bill/ticket jams, refilling machines)
- Clean and maintain slot area
- Report machine malfunctions and suspicious activity
- Provide excellent guest service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Follow all AGLC rules and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- Gaming experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-noise environment
Licensing Requirements:
- Must hold or be able to obtain a valid AGLC license
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, stretching, walking, lifting, and stair climbing required
