As a Senior Project Manager within the R3 Program Management Office, you will work on complex projects and multi-project programs for R3’s customers. You coordinate cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with R3’s operational processes and business objectives. In this role, you support both client success and company growth by ensuring projects are executed efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and project outcomes deliver measurable value for customers and the business. You serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams while providing leadership, structure, and accountability across the full program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for project delivery across multiple client engagements
- Lead 10+ projects using project management disciplines, tools, and best practices to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Oversee onboarding of new R3 customers including coordinating documentation collection, deploying R3 toolsets, and ensuring seamless transition of IT support services
- Review project statements of work and contracts to ensure alignment with customer goals and expectations
- Develop and manage project schedules, plans, and resource allocations across all phases
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews
- Manage and coordinate project activities with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and control project scope, budget, hours, and timelines to maintain overall project health
- Produce and maintain project documentation including risk and issue logs, change orders, corrective action reports, and lessons learned
- Utilize project management tools to support delivery, reporting, and performance metrics
- Manage project closeout, obtain client approvals, and coordinate with accounting for invoicing
- Contribute to development of project statements of work and quotes using industry-standard estimation practices
- Support continuous improvement of R3 project methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders including executive leadership
- Strong understanding of project management processes, governance, and delivery frameworks
- Project management certifications preferred such as PMP, Agile-related certifications, ITIL, or Microsoft Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms
- Technical background or familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft technologies preferred
- Experience developing and managing project metrics, reporting, and resource planning preferred

The salary range for this position is $125,000 -$150,000/year. The base salary range for this position is an estimate and may vary depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, experience, certifications, and skillset, as well as internal equity and business considerations. This range reflects base pay only and does not include bonuses, incentives, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered as part of the total compensation package.R3 is an equal opportunity employer.
