Job Description
Sheffield City Centre (office-based and hybrid)
Salary: £25,878 - £29,000
Are you a natural storyteller who loves turning a cold prospect into a warm lead? Do you get a kick out of campaigns that actually convert? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where no two days look the same? This is your chance to take ownership of the development and delivery of our multichannel client acquisition strategy.
You'll craft and deliver full-mix outreach campaigns that engage prospects across our core HMO offering and our expansion into the PBSA and BTR markets. From the first touchpoint to the final conversion, you'll own campaigns that target prospective letting agents and PBSA providers at every stage of the sales funnel - spanning email, social, content marketing, account-based marketing, and industry events.
You'll also be at the forefront of how we work smarter. Alongside our B2B Marketing Lead, you'll embrace AI to shape the future of how we market, sharpen our workflows, drive efficiencies, and create content that genuinely engages. Working alongside a fellow B2B Marketing Executive and as part of a wider marketing function, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver against a series of core KPI’s.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the B2B Marketing Lead to achieve annual new client acquisition KPI’s.
- Oversee the delivery of an annual new client acquisition plan, delivering full-mix, outcome-driven campaigns.
- Support the creation and delivery of the business's first go-to-market strategy for the PBSA and BTR sector, helping to shape our approach as we launch into new markets.
- Write sharp, compelling copy that cuts through the noise, lands the message, and converts prospects into qualified leads.
- Segment prospect data to deliver the right message to the right audience - driving relevance, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Develop and refine account-based marketing programmes that engage high-value prospects and accelerate their journey through the sales funnel.
- Plan and support our presence at industry events to generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the business development team to identify key prospects and craft messaging in line with city-specific and account-specific nuances.
- Collaborate with the B2B Marketing Lead to design and deliver high-impact nurture journeys in our existing email automation platform.
- Support the wider B2B Marketing team in the delivery of our annual active-client engagement strategy.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally with a focus on acquisition and demand generation.
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering full-mix campaigns spanning email, social, content marketing, account-based marketing, and events.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with a talent for crafting compelling, conversion-focused content across multiple channels and formats.
- Strong working knowledge of email automation platforms and building effective nurture sequences.
- A solid grasp of the B2B sales funnel and how marketing drives prospects from awareness through to conversion.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping quality.
- A natural collaborator, comfortable working closely with sales/business development, fellow marketers and wider B2C and digital teams.
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
Desirable:
- Experience within the property, PropTech, lettings, PBSA or BTR sectors.
- Experience using Salesforce (CRM).
- Experience using Force24 (email automation).
