F&B Bartender in Miami Beach, Florida at Angler s Boutique Resort LLC

Join the team at Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach as a Food & Beverage Bartender! We're looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. In this role, you'll prepare and serve beverages while providing exceptional service across our hotel outlets, including the Pool Bar, Habana Bar, and other food and beverage venues.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Recommend beverages and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout your shift.
• Process orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Prepare garnishes, replenish inventory, and maintain bar supplies.
• Assist with food service when needed.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges accurately.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support opening, closing, and daily bar operations.

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• English required; Spanish is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
