You will act as a key partner to major clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services, strong communication, and proactive issue resolution across complex account structures. You will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including operations, product, analytics, and compliance to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will manage strategic client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and alignment across multiple internal teams supporting each account.
- Manage ongoing client communication, ensuring timely responses, escalation handling, and resolution of complex issues across accounts
- Coordinate and track client support requests and operational tickets through to completion with internal stakeholders
- Analyze client performance data, trends, and KPIs to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
- Develop presentations, reports, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate value, outcomes, and recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, analytics, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to solve client challenges
- Participate in regular business reviews with clients and internal leadership to assess performance and drive improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve client experience, and support long-term account growth
This role requires a strong blend of client management expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.
- 9+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, healthcare operations, or similar client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support recommendations
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving operational or strategic initiatives
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred (health plan experience is a plus)
- Project management experience and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
