  • Support donor and sponsor engagement by articulating program impact and ecosystem value
  • Contribute to ecosystem development, including partnership strategy design for large-scale initiatives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, impact measurement, program evaluation, or related strategic roles
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience building and managing complex partnership ecosystems in mission-driven or fast-paced environments
  • Strong background in data analysis, impact evaluation, and performance measurement methodologies
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and stakeholder tracking
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar (preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly in evolving, high-priority environments and manage competing demands

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range of $100,000 – $115,000 plus potential performance incentives
  • Fully remote work within the United States
  • Generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and other employee programs)
