- Lead and optimize paid growth strategy across channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, AI-driven advertising platforms, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Own the full paid acquisition funnel, including ad creative, audience targeting, landing pages, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Build and scale an in-house paid media function, defining processes, systems, team structure, and testing methodologies.
- Develop and execute high-velocity experimentation roadmaps across ads, creative assets, funnels, and customer journeys.
- Establish analytics, attribution, and reporting frameworks to measure performance, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and growth efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives with customer acquisition and revenue objectives.
- Continuously evaluate new advertising technologies, AI tools, and emerging channels to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Manage and scale significant paid media budgets while maintaining disciplined profitability and performance standards.
- Mentor and lead high-performing growth teams, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and operational excellence.
- 10+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid acquisition budgets with strong measurable ROAS and growth outcomes.
- Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and modern digital acquisition channels.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel customer acquisition strategies, including landing page optimization, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, experimentation frameworks, and operational playbooks for growth marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, reporting, performance diagnostics, and growth analytics.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and technologies to improve campaign execution, creative generation, audience research, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with campaign structure, optimization, and execution.
- Experience in real estate, fintech, marketplace, or consumer technology sectors is considered a plus.
