Requirements

10+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within commercial, sales, or life sciences/CRO environments
5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing business intelligence or analytics teams
Strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and business recommendations
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment
Strong understanding of commercial operations, market dynamics, and data-driven decision-making
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire
Strong Excel expertise including advanced formulas, modeling, Power Query, and automation
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for commercial analytics and reporting
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive and non-technical audiences
