Job Description
Patient is a very sweet 30-year-old male who is blind and deaf, with a tracheostomy and G-tube (NPO
o oral intake). He is non-verbal and requires close supervision and assistance for ambulation. Nursing care includes trach and G-tube management, monitoring for respiratory needs, and providing support with daily activities.
Medical Needs
• G-tube Feedings
• Tracheostomy Care
Shifts Avail:
• DAYS: Sunday 7am – 3pm
• EVENINGS: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 9pm - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4pm - 9pm
• OVERNIGHTS: All nights 9pm - 7am
Payrates: $32 - $42/hour
Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
o Tracheostomy Experience
