Working closely with marketing, product, and partner teams, you will play a central role in building pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. - Drive full-cycle new business sales from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and close of SaaS solutions.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities using buyer intent data, market insights, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across marketing, commerce, and IT organizations to understand needs and position solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and storytelling-driven presentations that clearly communicate business value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and internal teams to support pipeline development and deal progression.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, account management, and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and identify new growth opportunities.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Executive or B2B SaaS new business sales roles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions such as DAM, PIM, PXM, DXP, or broader MarTech platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to manage full sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing strategic deals.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with executive-level audiences.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong autonomy, resilience, and adaptability.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
