This role is a key contributor within a corporate tax function, responsible for ensuring accurate preparation, analysis, and filing of income tax returns across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
You will manage quarterly and annual tax reporting activities, including estimates, provisions, and supporting workpapers, while maintaining strong compliance with federal and state regulations.
The position plays an important role in supporting tax audits and responding to inquiries from tax authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
You will work closely with senior tax leadership to analyze tax accounts, calculate effective tax rates, and support broader tax strategy execution.

- Prepare and file quarterly and annual corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers for assigned subsidiaries and jurisdictions.
- Calculate quarterly estimated tax payments and effective tax rates in accordance with applicable tax regulations and internal reporting standards.
- Support income tax audits by assisting senior managers in preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.
- Analyze tax accounts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting and tax standards.
- Respond to inquiries and correspondence from federal and state taxing authorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize tax systems and tools to support compliance, reporting, and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate tax reporting across the organization.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, gained in public accounting and/or private industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- Strong experience in preparing corporate tax returns, tax provisions, and related compliance activities.
- Proficiency with tax and financial systems such as SAP and Thomson Reuters OneSource.
- Experience using research tools (e.g., CCH) and advanced Microsoft Excel functions for analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000–$110,000 depending on experience
