We are looking for a Contract Processing Specialist to support the processing, validation, and administration of customer and dealer contracts. In this role, you will help ensure contracts meet eligibility requirements, maintain accurate records, resolve issues, and support operational efficiency across the business.
What You'll DoContract Processing & Validation
- Review and process a high volume of contracts to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements and company standards
- Enter, update, transfer, reinstate, and maintain contract records accurately across systems
- Review documentation for missing or incorrect information and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Verify contract exceptions and support issue resolution processes
Customer & Dealer Support
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer, dealer, and internal inquiries
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, agents, and dealership personnel
- Provide support and resolution for contract-related issues and operational questions
- Deliver a high level of customer service and operational support
Operational Support & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate and consistent file documentation and reporting
- Assist with monthly close-out and reconciliation activities
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements
- Participate in special projects and system improvement efforts as needed
- Maintain knowledge of company systems, claims, financing, and product offerings
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly detail-oriented and enjoy working in fast-paced operational environments where accuracy and efficiency matter. You’re comfortable managing high-volume workflows while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
You’re also proactive and solutions-oriented, able to identify issues, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in operations, contract administration, billing, or business processing
- Experience working with high-volume transactional workflows
- Experience with reconciliation, documentation review, or data validation
- Enjoy solving problems and improving processes
- Thrive in structured, detail-oriented environments
