Enhancement Crew Member in Atlanta, Georgia at Russell Landscape

Russell Landscape is seeking a dependable and skilled Enhancement Crew Member to assist with the installation of landscape enhancement projects for our commercial clients. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on team player with landscape installation experience and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape enhancement installations including planting, mulching, seasonal color, sod installation, and small hardscape projects.
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to ensure work is completed to specifications.
• Perform physical labor tasks efficiently and safely on active jobsites.
• Operate landscape equipment and hand tools safely and properly.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Communicate with crew leaders or supervisors regarding progress or issues.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of landscape installation or enhancement experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plant material and installation techniques.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience operating landscape equipment and power tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
