Job Description
Are you ready to take ownership of facility operations that keep EST’s teams safe, productive, and supported across multiple locations? As a Facilities Manager, you’ll oversee the physical functionality, maintenance, efficiency, and safety of EST buildings and grounds — while representing EST with professionalism and a strong customer‑focused mindset.

Facility Operations — Own daily physical operations of buildings and grounds to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable work environments.
Preventative & Predictive Maintenance — Develop, track, and perform maintenance programs; complete routine repairs and seasonal preparation.
Quality Control & Safety — Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
Vendor & Project Management — Schedule and coordinate inspections, emergency repairs, contracted services, and capital improvements such as office expansions and renovations.
Security Systems Oversight — Manage access control, camera systems, and intrusion monitoring systems.
Planning & Documentation — Create and update local facility maintenance, health, safety, and evacuation plans; maintain required reports and documentation.
Liaise with designated EST personnel to ensure seamless workflows.
Maintain confidentiality regarding facility security and business information.
Travel to EST locations as needed (up to 40%).
Maintain assigned company property.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of commercial facilities maintenance/management experience; multi‑location experience preferred.
PMP or bachelor’s degree in facilities or construction management preferred.
Hands‑on experience with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping, light construction, and general repairs.
Strong project management and vendor management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility‑related software.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to work independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
Strong communication skills; personable, dependable, and self‑motivated.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
In‑depth knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines; completion of required safety training certifications.
Fluent in English; valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
Ability to obtain and maintain military base passes and other access credentials.
Ability to complete complex work requiring continuous mental and visual effort.
Ability to work under rigorous physical conditions: kneeling, bending, climbing, exposure to hazards, excessive noise, cramped spaces, and frequent tool use.
Ability to maneuver around moving objects, vehicles, and machinery.
Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders (300 lb limit).
May require long‑distance driving and travel by commercial aircraft.
