This is a full-time, hourly position. Our core business hours are 8am-5pm M-F

Role

This individual will work closely with all departments, particularly Estimation and Project Management to ensure we are producing a quality product as efficiently as possible.

• Proof and correct orders to be put into production, along with checking the drawings
• Prepare, and distribute the processed order paperwork
• Answering telephones, strong customer service skills, assisting customers as needed
• Assist Project Managers with inputting orders and estimates
• Document, organize, and maintain orders by job
• Input data in excel spreadsheet
• Proactively communicate schedule concerns with department heads
• Filing

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Office)
• Ability to Initiate
• Keen eye for detail and ability to visually see errors in sizes and numbers
• Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with customers and co-workers
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Work in a team environment and receive feedback
