Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 40% of collections or higher, depending on experience and the specific opportunity.
Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal Associate Dentist:
- Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Helps patients feel comfortable and at ease
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Works collaboratively while also being comfortable practicing independently
- Is motivated to build a sustainable and successful patient base
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Currently licensed in a Canadian province or eligible to obtain registration with the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan
- Candidates currently licensed in Ontario or another Canadian province are encouraged to apply
- 123Dentist may provide financial assistance with Saskatchewan licensing costs for the right candidate
- New graduates are welcome to apply, with mentorship available at select practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
