This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on building and scaling Finance teams within a rapidly growing organization.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, negotiation, and closing.
Working closely with Finance leadership, you will translate business needs into effective hiring strategies and compelling candidate profiles.
The role combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on recruiting for specialized Finance and Accounting positions.
You will use market intelligence, data, and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality passive talent.
Your work will directly influence the strength of the Finance organization and support broader business growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a data-driven, relationship-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Finance and other SG&A positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner closely with Finance leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop scalable hiring plans.
  • Build creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches, professional networks, referrals, and targeted passive-candidate outreach.
  • Assess Finance and Accounting candidates for technical expertise, business judgment, communication skills, and cross-functional fit through informed screening conversations.
  • Deliver a fast, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while representing the employer brand professionally.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics, using data and market intelligence to advise hiring teams on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive activity.
  • Continuously improve interview processes, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and recruiting workflows to increase efficiency while maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, and other Talent Acquisition partners to promote consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring practices.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment while maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting Finance and/or Accounting professionals.
  • Demonstrated success hiring positions such as Accountants, Controllers, Finance Managers, or similar Finance roles.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques and proven experience engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to understand Finance hiring requirements and credibly partner with Finance leaders to develop effective sourcing and screening strategies.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of delivering positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and high-volume pipelines within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever, as well as recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing extensions.
  • Data-driven approach to Talent Acquisition, with the ability to monitor, interpret, and communicate recruiting pipeline metrics.
  • Working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, or related concepts is highly valuable.
  • Previous in-house recruiting experience within a high-growth startup or scale-up is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for Corporate Finance or Accounting teams, supporting Finance headcount planning, or working in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or e-commerce environments is advantageous.
  • Experience contributing to employer branding or talent marketing initiatives is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Remote position based in the United States.
  • Full-time opportunity within a rapidly growing organization.
  • High-visibility role with direct partnership with Finance leadership.
  • Opportunity to influence hiring strategy and help shape a growing Finance organization.
  • Exposure to strategic Talent Acquisition, market intelligence, and recruiting process improvement.
  • Collaborative environment with opportunities to work cross-functionally across People, Finance, and other business teams.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity and inclusion.
  • Opportunities to contribute to a scaling organization and broaden your recruiting impact.
