Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Outbound Manager | Revit based in Netherlands.
This is a high-impact, performance-driven role focused on owning and scaling outbound sales engines for SMB clients.
You will manage 4–5 client projects as the lead strategist, taking responsibility for campaign direction, execution, and results.
The role combines strategic sales leadership, high-volume outbound execution, client consulting, and technical campaign management.
You will oversee multiple campaigns each month, optimize messaging and targeting, and use data to continuously improve performance.
Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with researchers and senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is already a strong sales operator who can make confident decisions, challenge assumptions, and move quickly without extensive supervision.
This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing into a highly strategic leadership position within a scaling organization.
- Own 4–5 client projects as the primary strategist and decision-maker, establishing the outbound vision and driving overall project success.
- Oversee approximately 12–20 campaign launches per month, ensuring campaigns are strategically designed, well executed, and continuously optimized.
- Develop high-converting outbound copy and campaign templates based on market signals, customer pain points, and relevant buying triggers.
- Manage high-volume outreach activity, including approximately 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project each month, with a focus on generating at least five high-quality appointments per project.
- Lead weekly client meetings, acting as a strategic growth partner rather than simply reporting on activity and results.
- Provide data-backed recommendations, challenge existing approaches when appropriate, and translate campaign performance into actionable growth strategies.
- Guide dedicated Researcher resources to maintain data quality, support campaign execution, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Manage the technical infrastructure behind multiple outbound campaigns, including numerous mailboxes, email deliverability, CRM workflows, and HubSpot/spreadsheet integrations.
- Monitor campaign KPIs closely, diagnose performance issues, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust strategies proactively.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders while balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and performance objectives.
- Contribute strategic expertise and best practices to continuously improve outbound processes, campaign quality, and overall team performance.
- Support and mentor team members when needed, helping maintain high standards in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
- 3+ years of experience in performance-driven sales roles such as BDR, SDR, BDM, Account Manager, or a comparable position where measurable commercial results were central to success.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize outbound sales motions, with a strong understanding of what drives qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Strong strategic thinking and the confidence to develop, explain, and defend sales strategies using relevant data and performance insights.
- Advanced familiarity with CRM, sales automation, outreach, and productivity tools, with the technical ability to troubleshoot campaign infrastructure independently.
- Practical understanding of cold outreach, email deliverability, campaign setup, contact management, and sales technology integrations.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior client stakeholders and leading strategic, consultative conversations in high-pressure environments.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify performance gaps, determine their underlying causes, and take corrective action without waiting for direction.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several concurrent projects and high volumes of activity.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to guide colleagues, researchers, and project contributors toward shared objectives.
- Fluent English at C1/C2 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to lead client calls and present recommendations persuasively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly and employees are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Results-oriented, proactive, resilient, and comfortable being accountable for measurable performance outcomes.
- Competitive compensation aligned with your experience and expertise.
- Fully remote, remote-first working environment.
- Flexible working hours designed to support productivity and autonomy.
- 20 paid vacation days.
- Fully covered sick days.
- Parental leave.
- Unlimited days off for unexpected personal needs.
- Alignment with U.S. holidays to support coordination across global teams.
- Ongoing professional development through regular feedback, 1:1s, knowledge sharing, and internal mobility opportunities.
- Access to an internal knowledge wiki and a library of current business books and resources.
- Mental health lectures and well-being support.
- Remote team-building activities and company-wide gatherings.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, international environment with significant ownership and career development potential.
