Apartment Maintenance Technician in Memphis, Tennessee at Tarantino Properties Inc

Highland Chateau Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and property upkeep while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Essential Functions:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
  

• HVAC (EPA) certification required.
• Pool certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of furnaces and plumbing
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walking
