• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns

• Provide service recommendations and estimates

• Communicate updates throughout the repair process

• Coordinate repairs with technicians

**What we’re looking for: **

• 3+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role OR similar positions (dispatcher, logistics coordinator, service coordinator)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required
