- Assist customers, Service Technicians, and dealership team members with automotive parts needs
- Identify, locate, and provide the correct parts accurately and efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude
- Use dealership computer systems and parts catalogs to research, locate, and order parts
- Fulfill Service Technician repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Properly receive, check in, stock, and organize incoming parts
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure parts labeling is current
- Communicate parts availability, pricing, specials, and warranty information to customers
- Assist with dealership parts inventories and inventory counts
- Perform shipping and receiving duties for retail and wholesale customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership parts and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to safely lift, pull, and move automotive parts and inventory as needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
