About the RoleThis is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys owning systems rather than simply supporting tickets. You will have the opportunity to help shape and scale important technology solutions while working across ERP, integrations, data, analytics, and business applications.
The role offers significant exposure to both technology and business operations and provides an opportunity to make a measurable impact as PSI continues to strengthen and scale its technology ecosystem.
Position OverviewPacific Smoke International (PSI) is seeking a Retail & ERP Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology Services team.
This role will take primary ownership of technology solutions supporting PSI’s growing retail technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for system integrations, partner onboarding, technical support, data synchronization, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous platform improvements.
In addition to retail technology responsibilities, this position will support our NetSuite ERP environment, enterprise integrations, and technology projects across the organization.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business systems, integrations, data, retail technology, and operations.
