The Pricing, Cost & Product Data Intern reports to the Senior Director of Pricing & Profitability and supports pricing, profitability, and data management initiatives across the organization. This role assists with maintaining product, cost, pricing, and rebate data, while providing reporting and analytical support to improve business decision-making. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in pricing strategy, profitability analysis, data governance, and business analytics.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate product master data, customer pricing records, cost data, and rebate program information across business systems.
• Assist with maintenance of supplier cost changes.
• Help maintain pricing accuracy by reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating corrections with business partners.
• Assist in analyzing product costs, pricing, margins, and profitability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to pricing, costs, rebates, contracts, customers, and product profitability.
• Assist with business case development, profitability assessments, and pricing analysis projects.
• Support data governance and data integrity efforts related to costs, pricing, contracts, rebates, and product information.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and basic analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence tools is preferred but not required.

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $19 – $19 per year.
