About the role

We’re searching for an efficient, hardworking cleaning professional who is committed to providing our clients with a spotless experience. Our Apartment Cleaners perform a variety of tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning a variety of surfaces and areas. Ideally, you have experience with cleaning products and the capacity to do deep cleaning tasks regularly. What you'll do

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect rental units after tenants move out in preparation for new tenants

• Thoroughly clean after renovation/construction job completion

• Sweep and vacuum floors, carpets, rugs, and upholstery

• Dust surfaces and blinds

• Review cleaning specifications for each property

• Sanitize restrooms, kitchen, sinks, vanities, toilets, tubs, windows, and mirrors

• Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
