ABOUT ADVANTIXX INSURANCE
Advantixx Insurance is an independently owned and operated Farmers agency serving individuals, families, and businesses from our Henderson, Nevada office. Our team provides personal, commercial, life, and related insurance solutions through responsive service, disciplined follow-through, and ethical, compliant advice.
Employment is with Advantixx Insurance and is separate from employment with Farmers Insurance Exchange or its affiliates.
ROLE SUMMARY
Build a commercial-lines book of business through prospecting, risk discovery, carrier collaboration, and long-term client relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop prospects through referrals, networking, community outreach, and disciplined outbound activity.
• Conduct discovery meetings and gather complete underwriting information.
• Coordinate submissions, proposals, and coverage comparisons with agency and carrier partners.
• Present solutions clearly, close new business, and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Support renewals, cross-selling, retention, and stewardship for commercial clients.
• Follow licensing, documentation, privacy, and carrier requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Nevada Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain it promptly.
• Commercial insurance, B2B sales, banking, payroll, benefits, or business-development experience is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, organization, negotiation, and follow-through.
• Existing community relationships are a plus.
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
• Competitive base or draw structure based on experience and qualifications.
• Commission and performance incentive opportunities may be offered under the agency compensation plan.
• Training, PTO, paid holidays, and benefits may be available to eligible full-time employees, subject to plan terms.
