You will play a key role in identifying gaps, validating solutions, and ensuring financial processes meet applicable governance and compliance standards.
The position combines strategic thinking, finance expertise, solution design, stakeholder influence, and hands-on transformation leadership.
The role is fully remote within the U.S. and includes up to 25% travel.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for an assigned financial domain, providing consultation, insight, and recommendations on financial systems and processes.

  • Assess and establish financial processes, standards, and requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders across different business units.

  • Translate business strategy and financial requirements into practical, scalable solutions that can be adopted and supported in production environments.

  • Ensure financial processes and system designs adhere to applicable business, governance, and regulatory standards, including SOX requirements.

  • Lead project or process sprints and help monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for end-to-end financial system processes.

  • Define and reinforce financial standards, procedures, metrics, and policies to promote consistency across business units.

  • Provide coaching, training, and support to internal and external stakeholders adopting new processes or solutions.

  • Act as the technical owner and primary point of contact for domain-specific solutions.

  • Support transition readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization as new service delivery models are introduced.

  • Collaborate across finance, technology, business functions, and global process organizations to drive continuous improvement and successful transformation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in Finance or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, financial systems, business process transformation, or a closely related discipline.

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, either managing people or leading processes, projects, or transformation initiatives.

  • Strong financial domain expertise with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technology-enabled solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders, build alignment, and drive results across functional boundaries.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, team-building, and total quality management skills.

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, standards, and established precedents when resolving complex business issues.

  • Experience monitoring project schedules, controlling progress, and coordinating multiple activities toward defined outcomes.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across functions and with global process or business organizations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized accounting or finance applications.

  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, such as Workday, is preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain financial and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to work independently in a transformation-focused environment while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.

Benefits
  • Fully remote, work-from-home position within the United States.

  • Competitive annual salary range of $88,500–$132,700, depending on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive plan.

  • Comprehensive employee benefits, with details available through the employer’s benefits program.

  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives with significant business impact.

  • Exposure to financial systems, process standardization, governance, testing, implementation, and change management.

  • Collaboration with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

  • Up to 25% travel as required by the role.
