This role sits within an engineering environment focused on building high-performance digital delivery products at global scale. You will develop business-critical features that support reliable media and web experiences for millions of users. The position combines hands-on software development with architectural thinking around performance, scalability, security, and future growth. You will translate high-level concepts into reusable, maintainable system software and applications. Collaboration is central, with close interaction across engineering, architecture, product, QA, and management teams. You will also help solve complex technical challenges while working within demanding product release schedules.

• Develop and deliver business-critical features for media and web delivery products, contributing directly to the reliability and performance of large-scale digital experiences.
• Participate in technical and architectural decisions, evaluating performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and future expansion when shaping solutions.
• Translate high-level design specifications into detailed technical designs and implement reusable, maintainable software and system components.
• Work closely with other engineering teams to identify system dependencies, resolve technical challenges, and complete implementations within strict product release timelines.
• Design and develop secure applications capable of operating reliably at scale while maintaining strong engineering and coding standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, software architects, product managers, QA professionals, and leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Investigate complex technical issues through structured debugging and system analysis, particularly within Linux-based environments.

• Bring 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrate strong programming skills in Java and/or Python, with some exposure to user interface technologies.
• Have solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design, and core computer science concepts.
• Be capable of designing and developing secure, scalable applications that perform reliably in demanding production environments.
• Possess strong systems knowledge and practical experience with programming, troubleshooting, and debugging in Linux environments.
• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced engineering environment.
