Position SummaryThe Clean Room Operator is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, handling, and packaging parts in a controlled clean room environment. This position ensures that products are processed according to work instructions, travelers, quality requirements, and company procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and packaging operations according to work instructions and travelers.Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, or visible defects.Handle parts properly to prevent contamination or damage.Verify job numbers, part numbers, and quantities before processing.Complete travelers and required production documentation accurately.Follow clean room gowning, cleanliness, and safety procedures.Maintain the clean room and workstation clean and organized.Properly clock in and out of assigned jobs.Report quality issues, discrepancies, or damaged parts to the Lead or Manager.Follow production priorities and complete assigned work in a timely manner.Communicate incomplete jobs or important issues during shift handoff.Assist with other Clean Room responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Good attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous manufacturing or clean room experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and handle small parts.Ability to wear required clean room garments and PPE.
