About the role
The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats eligible home health patients under an authorized plan of care, helping improve communication and swallowing outcomes.
What you will do
Complete assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, document services timely, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and follow Medicare, privacy, infection-control, safety, and agency standards.
Qualifications
Active Nevada SLP license and Medicare-qualifying education and experience are required; ASHA CCC-SLP and home health experience are preferred. Current BLS/CPR, reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance are required for field work. Employment is contingent on credential verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.
