Friday Workforce Solutions is hiring a Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility Worker for a short-term assignment supporting kitchen and food service operations.

This role is responsible for keeping dishes, cookware, kitchen areas, equipment, and workspaces clean, organized, and sanitary. The position is hands-on and involves working as part of a team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen utensils by hand or using a commercial dishwasher

• Scrape and rinse food from dishes before washing

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and food preparation surfaces

• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe

• Sweep and mop kitchen floors

• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, food prep surfaces, and other kitchen areas

• Maintain appropriate sanitation and chemical levels according to established procedures

• Remove trash and clean garbage containers as needed

• Help load and unload supplies and products

• Move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

• Perform other kitchen support duties as assigned

• Reliable and dependable

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Comfortable standing and performing hands-on cleaning duties throughout the shift

• Able to follow safety and sanitation procedures

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Previous kitchen, dishwashing, food service, or sanitation experience is helpful but not required
