ABOUT THE ROLE

The Controller / Finance Manager supports Advantixx and its operated companies through professional, accountable work within Finance. You will lead accounting controls, financial reporting, budgeting, cash oversight, and accurate support for executive decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead accurate accounting, close, reconciliation, financial-reporting, and control processes.

• Support budgets, forecasts, cash planning, management reporting, and executive decisions.

• Coordinate tax, audit, payroll, banking, vendor, and intercompany accounting requirements.

• Protect confidential financial data and maintain complete, auditable documentation.

• Identify financial and operational risks, escalate concerns, and improve controls.

• Supervise or coordinate finance team workflows and meet reporting deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

• Progressive accounting or controllership experience appropriate to the role.

• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, financial statements, controls, and business systems.

• Excellent judgment, confidentiality, organization, and communication.

• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved.
