Job Description Summary
Enterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join the Investor Relations (IR) team. This role supports investor marketing and due diligence for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments by compiling and maintaining investor-facing materials, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information, and coordinating due diligence workflows across internal partners to ensure timely, high-quality responses to investors. The Senior Coordinator is expected to demonstrate strong organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency in support of the IR team’s objectives.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
External Coordination
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of materials for use in investor marketing and due diligence meetings and annual investor syndicator reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for collecting Enterprise information and materials from across the organization for investor requests.
- Maintain organizational charts for sharing with external partners.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for investor meetings and site visits; assist with planning and preparation for investor conferences and events.
- Use Microsoft 365 and other digital tools to track, consolidate, and report responses from internal departments for investor due diligence and reporting requests.
- Administer the Enterprise Investor Portal, including content uploads, investor account setup, inquiry response, and ongoing maintenance to keep materials current and accessible.
Internal Coordination
- Maintain Investor Relations data in Salesforce, ensuring fund and investor records are accurate and up to date, and manage distribution/correspondence lists to support consistent outreach.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and coordinate scheduling for Investor Relations meetings to support alignment, organization, and timely follow-up.
- Process invoices and support vendor/expense documentation as needed.
- Support onboarding for new Investor Relations team members (once established in the Senior Coordinator role).
- Learning & Development: Build and maintain working knowledge of LIHTC structures and investor due diligence requirements.
- Perform other duties and assist with special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree or higher a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of information with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex activities and prioritize competing demands.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint and Teams).
- Preferred: familiarity tools such as Salesforce and Workday; knowledge of real estate terminology and concepts a plus.

The base salary for this role is $52,000 to $66,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
