Executive Business Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Business Partner based in Germany.

This role sits at the core of executive decision-making and business execution, acting as a trusted operator to a senior growth and operations leader. You will operate across strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered with speed and precision. The position blends executive support with business operations, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments. You will connect teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and accountability. The role is highly impactful, directly influencing how effectively strategic initiatives are executed across the organization. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can translate data into clear action. You will be a key force in improving execution quality, decision velocity, and organizational focus.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary operational partner to a senior executive, managing priorities, follow-ups, and strategic workflows
  • Prepare executive materials including agendas, briefs, summaries, and action tracking to support effective decision-making
  • Attend key meetings, capture outcomes, and ensure execution of agreed actions across teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
  • Track business priorities, timelines, and deliverables while identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies
  • Improve internal processes through documentation, simplification, and operational structure
  • Support business reviews, forecasting cycles, and performance tracking across revenue-related functions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-level analyses to support data-driven decisions
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Product Operations, Chief of Staff, or Executive Support roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, or executive-level insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership in fast-paced, data-driven environments
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose structured solutions
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience using automation or AI tools to improve workflows is a plus
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
