This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager - A2A & Money Movement based in the United States.

This role sits at the core of a fast-growing payments product area focused on enabling modern bank-to-bank money movement at scale. You will own strategy and execution across A2A payment capabilities, shaping how funds move through ACH, RTP, FedNow, open banking, and other emerging rails. The position combines deep product ownership with hands-on customer discovery, technical collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, risk, and go-to-market teams to build reliable, scalable, and compliant payment solutions. The environment is highly technical, fast-evolving, and commercially impactful, with direct influence on revenue and partner success. This is a build-focused role where you will define direction in a rapidly expanding financial infrastructure space.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for A2A and money movement capabilities across multiple payment rails
  • Define, prioritize, and refine features based on customer needs, transaction data, regulatory constraints, and business impact
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery including customer interviews, partner sessions, and competitive analysis
  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with engineering execution
  • Partner closely with engineering on system design decisions including funds flow, settlement, reconciliation, and ledger logic
  • Ensure compliance and operational readiness by collaborating with legal, risk, compliance, and payments operations teams
  • Define success metrics for initiatives, monitor performance post-launch, and iterate based on insights
  • Support go-to-market activities including product positioning, enablement, and adoption strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in payments or financial services
  • Hands-on experience with A2A payment systems such as ACH, RTP, FedNow, push-to-card, or open banking
  • Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, including funds flow, settlement, and reconciliation mechanics
  • Proven experience owning complex products from discovery through launch in a high-growth environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect product decisions to revenue and partner outcomes
  • Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to define and validate solutions
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering on system design trade-offs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex payment concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high execution ownership
  • Preferred: experience with open banking APIs, ACH/Reg E/Nacha rules, or embedded finance use cases
  • Preferred: familiarity with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Benefits:
  • Remote-first role with flexible work environment
  • Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $145,000 USD depending on experience and location
  • Performance-based bonus potential and full benefits package
  • Health, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance coverage
  • 401(k) with employer matching up to 4%
  • Flexible PTO, sick leave, and 13 paid holidays
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Home office support and employee wellness programs
  • Professional development opportunities and learning support
  • Employee recognition programs and referral bonuses
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture with ERGs and DEI initiatives
