Job Description
At Evotix, we're looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Asia create safer workplaces.
As a BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You'll work with a modern sales tech stack, receive ongoing coaching, and play a key role in driving Evotix's growth across the APAC region.
This is an ideal role for someone who is curious, resilient, commercially minded, and enjoys solving business problems through consultative conversations.

What you will do!
Generate New Business Opportunities- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise organisations across APAC.
- Build and execute account plans within your assigned territory and industry vertical.
- Research organisations, identify key stakeholders, and develop multi-threaded engagement strategies.
- Engage decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals and marketing-generated leads.
- Create demand by uncovering business challenges and aligning them to Evotix solutions.
- Work closely with Account Executives to progress strategic target accounts.
- Identify multiple stakeholders within target accounts, including Health & Safety, Operations, HR and Executive leadership teams.
- Use a consultative approach to understand business drivers, risks and priorities.
- Apply Winning by Design methodologies including SPICED qualification and value-based storytelling.
- Maintain accurate account intelligence and activity within Salesforce.
- Share market insights and best practices with the wider team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams.
- Continuously improve your prospecting skills through coaching and development programs.
- 1+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Inside Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, or similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine curiosity about businesses and how they operate.
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Resilience, determination and a growth mindset.
- Ability to receive coaching and implement feedback.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Experience working towards targets, KPIs, or sales objectives.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, professional services, recruitment, or consultative sales.
- Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise organisations.
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales tools.
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within an organisation and navigating complex buying processes.
