This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager based in United States.

This role is a high-impact, enterprise-level alliance leadership position focused on shaping and scaling strategic engagement within a major technology ecosystem. You will define how the organization collaborates with key partners to drive growth, strengthen go-to-market execution, and expand market influence.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, business development, and executive relationship management, ensuring alignment between internal leadership and external partner stakeholders.
The role requires deep expertise in alliance ecosystems, particularly within Microsoft, combined with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
You will lead joint planning, governance frameworks, and cross-functional execution efforts that directly influence pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Acting as a central connector across sales, marketing, delivery, and executive teams, you will translate partnership strategy into measurable business outcomes.
This position is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in executive-facing environments and knows how to scale partnerships into long-term value.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the multi-year enterprise alliance strategy for key technology partnerships, with a strong focus on Microsoft.
  • Establish governance models, operating rhythms, KPIs, and joint planning frameworks to ensure effective partnership execution.
  • Act as the senior relationship owner across partner organizations, including executive engagement and strategic alignment.
  • Drive joint business planning, co-sell initiatives, and pipeline acceleration in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to activate go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and event participation.
  • Manage partner operations including certifications, renewals, program compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor alliance performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate across sales, delivery, industry, and capability teams to ensure cohesive execution of alliance priorities.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in alliance management, partner marketing, channel sales, or strategic technology partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Deep experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally in a GSI or consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations with cross-functional leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across executive, sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability with experience defining and executing long-term partnership strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to lead high-stakes discussions.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, and alliance program structures.
  • Comfort using modern tools and approaches, including data insights and AI-enabled collaboration where applicable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $110,000 to $150,000, with total compensation up to $180,000 including incentives.
  • Eligibility for annual performance-based incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Access to wellness programs and employee support resources.
  • Participation in retirement and savings plans.
  • Opportunity to work in a fully remote or hybrid-friendly environment (US-based).
  • Exposure to senior executive stakeholders and high-value strategic partnerships.
  • Career growth in a globally scaled consulting and transformation-focused organization.
