This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship global vendor relationship with significant revenue responsibility and long-term strategic influence.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the global HPE business portfolio, ensuring sustained growth and strategic expansion across regions
  • Define and execute a multi-year transformation strategy aligned with higher-value solutions in cloud, networking, data & AI, security, data center, and services

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with HPE stakeholders to secure financial, technical, and programmatic support
  • Oversee global rhythm of business, including monthly and quarterly performance reviews and governance cycles
  • Collaborate with internal transformation and next-generation teams to develop differentiated go-to-market strategies and solution offerings
  • Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives from strategy design through regional and local implementation
Requirements:
  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, or vendor management environments
  • 15+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams in complex, global organizations
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and large-scale vendor partnership management
  • Strong experience operating in matrixed environments, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure, hardware, software, and channel ecosystems
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to translate technology capabilities into business strategy
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders globally
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, build consensus, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong organizational and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under pressure
  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills across multicultural environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages considered an advantage
Benefits:
  • Senior executive leadership role with global scope and high strategic impact
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with executive responsibility
  • Comprehensive benefits tailored to local country standards, including healthcare and insurance support
  • Strong focus on leadership development and executive career growth opportunities
