We are a well-established boutique law firm in Central Austin, serving the community for nearly 30 years. Our practice focuses exclusively on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Asset Protection, Special Needs Planning, and Elder Law.

Our mission is simple: help clients plan confidently for the future and support them through life’s most difficult transitions. We approach every client interaction with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

We also believe in taking care of our team. We foster a supportive, collaborative environment where each team member is valued, work-life balance is respected, and meaningful, long-term careers are built. We do planning and probate - not litigation.

Compensation:

  • Walk clients through their documents in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner
  • Assist with printing, reviewing, and compiling estate planning documents in preparation for client signings
  • Conduct document reviews to ensure accuracy and proper execution
  • Record deeds with the proper county
  • Accept other administrative tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm runs smoothly
  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in an office

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a law firm or similar environment is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem solving ability
  • Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow established systems and procedures
