You will act as a key remote partner to the team, helping streamline workflows, coordinate projects, and ensure estimating and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Manage and support construction-related administrative and estimating tasks, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate and track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clearly managed across stakeholders.
- Provide general virtual assistant support, including scheduling, email management, data entry, research, and document preparation.
- Assist with estimating-related workflows, helping organize project inputs, documentation, and required information for pricing and bids.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams, adapting communication style to evolving priorities and expectations.
- Support lead tracking and basic conversion management to help maintain smooth operational and sales processes.
- Identify process gaps and contribute suggestions to improve efficiency and workflow organization.
- Experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, or virtual assistant roles, ideally within construction or related industries.
- Familiarity with construction administration or estimating support is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative, structure tasks, and propose solutions independently.

- Flexible part-time schedule starting at 10–20 hours per week, with potential to expand up to 40 hours per week.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $21/hour.
