Position Title: Apartment Leasing Consultant
Description
- $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!!!!!!
- $14.00 - $16.00 an hour
- Eligible for Monarch's Commission Structure (Up to $100 per new move-in you secure which usually means $10K+ year just in commissions!)
- 401k planning with up to a $4,000 annual match
- Paid Training programs
- Tuition Reimbursement program
- Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours
- 8 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid day Holidays, or Work Anniversary Off
- 3 week paid sabbatical every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks pay bonus (Stay Bonus)
- Under $50.00 /Month medical insurance through Blue Cross for employees
- FREE basic Dental insurance for employees, buy up available
- FREE basic life insurance for employees, buy up available
- Vision & additional benefit plans for employees, +Spouse, +Children available.
- 20% off rent at any owned Monarch community, 100% discount after 10 years, (Subject to terms and resident selection criteria)

As aMonarch Leasing Consultantyou are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $14.00 to $16.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental! (Based on past employees that's 10k + more per year!)
Location: Evansville, IN at Indian Woods Apartments
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 to 6 with Some Saturdays required 10 to 4!

What You Will be Doing:
- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
What You Need to Have:
- Strong computer skills
- 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
- Skilled problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- An unmatched dedication to customer service
- The drive to learn and get better everyday
